Bunny Wailer, legendary founding member of the Wailers, will celebrate his 70th birthday and The Wailers' Museum - A Tribute to the Life and Legacy of Bunny Wailer will be opened in Kingston, Jamaica.
The museum, located at 10 Darley Crescent in Kingston, begins at Bunny Wailer’s home in Washington Gardens that carries the history of his parents Thaddeus & Margaret Livingston, then extends to Nine Miles across from the Bob Marley Mauseoleum, into Trench Town on Second Street, where they lived and formed the Wailers, to Bournemouth Club where it emphasizes on the Wailers & Skatalites history and the Solomonic Farm in St.Thomas where the history of ganja surrounding his life, the Wailers and Rastafari will be exhibited. An interactive web portal incorporating audio visual, photographs, music & merchandising will afford global reggae fans not able to travel to Jamaica an immersive virtual reality experience.
