New Album - Max Romeo meets Rolling Lion Studio @ Kickstarter

A new album by Max Romeo is in the making and it sounds very promising. Via Kickstarter everybody is invited to join the project, pre-order a copy and get some very special rewards.

In 2013 producer Daniel Boyle successfully crowdfunded the release of Lee Scratch Perry’s album Back On The Controls. A masterpiece, which was even nominated for a Reggae Grammy! Boyle collected old Black Ark Studio equipment to record Perry’s album and also the new Max Romeo album will be recorded with that set-up.

The idea is to start where Max's album War Ina Babylon left off. Deep and heavy Black Ark style roots songs as a double album, a vocal album, and a Dub album! Expected release is March 2016.

Close to 100 users have funded the project till today and the goal has reached already!
