Vybz Kartel - Freedom Street Concert with Popcaan, Spice, Skillibeng & Chronic Law

The countdown has begun to the most anticipated event in dancehall history: the return of Vybz Kartel to the stage!! Freedom Street Concert is slated for Tuesday, December 31st at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica. It is expected to be the largest and most historic event ever staged in Jamaica.

Freedom Street is more than a concert; it's an experience, and a declaration that the “King of Dancehall” and “Worl Boss” is returning to his throne!

Freedom Street, produced by Downsound Entertainment, is shaping up to be the most anticipated event ever staged in Jamaica. 14 bars and over 60 food-court vendors will open at 4pm for patrons to indulge before Vybz Kartel takes the stage. The stage show portion of the event is slated to begin at 10pm, with an amazing firework show at midnight, toasting in the new year.

Vybz Kartel announced that he will be joined on stage by Popcaan, Spice, Skillibeng, Tommy Lee, Chronic Law, Shawn Storm, Lisa Hyper, Sheba, Gaza Indu, Likkle Addi & Likkle Vybz. More artists expected to be announced including some international superstars. The event's host is MC Nuffy

Vybz Kartel
a.k.a. the “Teacha”, is one of Jamaica's most popular dancehall artists and has collaborated with performers such as Jay-Z, Eminem and Rihanna. His best-known hits include “Fever”, “Ramping Shop” and “Dollar Sign”, and his success led to him launch Street Vybz rum and Daggering condoms.

Adijah Palmer (Vybz Kartel) launched his new Rum Line, Str8 Vybz rum. This line features four rums names after his songs: “Fever”, “Unstoppable”, “Romping Shop” and “Electric”. He also added Fire Grabba to his portfolio.

Vybz Kartel, along with Joe Bogdanovich, emphasized that the upcoming event is more than just a stage show, but an event for friends and family members to ring in the New Year in an amazing atmosphere, while enjoying Kartel’s historic return to the stage. They announced the official rum partner as Str8 Vybz rum, official cognac as Remi Martin and the official sparkling beverage as Luc Belaire.

The special half-price Gaza Nation Bleacher Tickets sale will start at midnight on Friday November 29 —Black Friday Weekend —and run through midnight on Sunday, December 1, 2024. This sale is available for a limited quantity for limited time.

  • Center Stage $2000 USD ( located closest to the stage. This area is situated directly around the front of the stage and behind the media area providing patrons with the closest view of the stage. Center stage patrons will have designated ease of entry and exit into the venue. This area is mixed drink inclusive from our sponsors.)

This area has a great view of the stage. Cycle Track patrons have designated ease of entry and exit into the venue.
