Summerjam just announced the full lineup for 2025! New artists: Afrob, Albi X, Barracca Republic, Blaiz Fayah, Curse, Davido, Eesah, Ennio, Jah9 & The Dub Treatment, Junior Kelly, Kumar, Kwam.E, Kybba, Lanae, Limitlezz, Miwata, Moop Mama x Älice, Morgan Heritage, Mortimer, Mr. Vegas, Omar Jatta, ST Da Gambian Dream, Teejay, The Skatalites, Third World, Tribal Kush.

Summerjam Festival 2025: These 39 Stars Are Coming to Cologne!
Beyond its musical acts, Summerjam offers a one-of-a-kind festival atmosphere right by the water, making it one of the most beloved festivals in Europe. For three days, Fühlinger See transforms into a gathering place for fans from all over the world, celebrating the magic of music, unforgettable live performances, and a rich cultural experience.

Global Headliners & Special Highlights
This year’s lineup is headlined by two absolute superstars: Vybz Kartel, the Dancehall icon from Jamaica, will make his first appearance in Europe in over 20 years, delivering a show that is set to be a festival sensation. Meanwhile, Davido, the Nigerian Afrobeats superstar, will bring his high-energy hits exclusively to Germany, ensuring an electrifying performance. But these two are just the beginning. Shenseea, K.I.Z, Beenie Man, Alborosie, and Morgan Heritage will also take the stage, delivering unforgettable moments. Morgan Heritage’s performance will be particularly emotional, as it marks their first show at SummerJam in a new formation (with Jemere Morgan on lead vocals) following the passing of frontman Peetah Morgan.

The 2025 lineup brings together an impressive variety of artists. Reggae legends such as Inner Circle, The Skatalites, Third World, Mr. Vegas, and Junior Kelly will share the stage with top German-speaking artists like Max Herre & Joy Denalane, Irie Révoltés, GReeeN, Paula Hartmann, Ennio, and Curse. With this lineup, Summerjam Festival once again reaffirms its status as one of Europe’s most important platforms for urban and Caribbean music.

Basshall-Takeover set the Dancehall area on fire!
Another major highlight awaits festival-goers on Friday night in the Dancehall Arena, where the Basshall Movement will take over. Founded by DJ and producer Kybba, this collective is known for its explosive fusion of Dancehall, Latin, Afrobeats, and electronic influences. With acts like Tribal Kush, Limitlezz, Kalibwoy, and NEMS, the night promises an unforgettable experience filled with pulsating beats and Caribbean vibes. Anyone who loves Dancehall should not miss this!

Demand for tickets this year is higher than ever. The Phase 2 discounted tickets are almost sold out, with demand surpassing all expectations. “We are overwhelmed by the support from our community – the rush for tickets has even surprised us!” says festival organizer Marius Brozi. Those who want to secure their tickets at a reduced price should act fast before they sell out. The full lineup and daily schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
