David Olutola is a Professional Photographer currently based in Berlin.

I am a storyteller as I am an artist. 

Every photo is about telling a story as it is basically a screenshot of that moment in time. My pictures are not just about capturing the moment but also about the narrative that is behind it. 

I've been taking pictures for over 6 years and I've created a distinctive style that is based on my West- African identity and perspective. I use this perspective to take photos of people to show beauty in everyone.

My pictures are usually characterized by their simplicity and minimalistic editorial style. 
I use photography to show how i see my world, but what sets me apart from other photographers is my ability to take an ordinary, everyday object and make it extraordinary.

I enjoy showing the beauty in every day life and what makes it something beautiful.
In my work i use images to challenge mainstream notions of normalcy,and i try to capture our individual culture and show everyones uniqueness.
